DEFATTED SOYA FLAKES- TOASTED

Toasted defatted soya flakes are high in protein and low in fat, made from non-GMO soybeans and toasted for a rich, nutty flavor. They enhance the texture and nutritional profile of baked goods. The toasting process adds a distinct taste, making them ideal for a variety of food applications. It can be used as raw material for soya sauce manufacturing.




DEFATTED SOYA FLAKES -UNTOASTED

Untoasted defatted soya flakes are a high-protein, low-fat ingredient made from non-GMO soybeans, offering a neutral flavor. They are ideal for fortifying cereals, snacks, and baked goods without altering the original taste. It is also used as a raw material for manufacturing textured soya protein and protein concentrates & isolates.




DEFATTED SOY FLOUR

Defatted soy flour is a high-protein powder made from soybeans with most of the oil removed. It typically contains around 50-55% protein and is low in fat available in toasted & untoasted forms. This type of soy flour is used to boost protein content in baked goods, snacks, and health products, offering a neutral flavor and fine texture. It’s ideal for producing textured products, health supplements, fortified flour and those seeking lower fat options while still benefiting from soy's nutritional advantages.

FULLFAT SOYA FLOUR

Our full-fat soy flour is a high-quality quality Non gmo a nutrient-rich powder made from whole Non gmo soybeans, retaining their natural oils available in untoasted form. It boasts high protein content (35-40%), healthy fats (20-22%) and dietary fiber. Ideal for making textured products, enhancing flavor and nutritional value in baking, gluten-free baking, cooking, smoothies, and Savory dishes. It can help retain moisture in baked goods specially in breads, add creamy texture, extend shelf life while providing significant nutritional benefits.

DEFATTED SOYA GRITS

Our soy grits are obtained from high-quality soybeans under controlled heat treatment and grinding available in defatted toasted & untoasted. They have a nutty flavor with a high fibre & protein content. Soy grits are mainly used for making untoasted soya flour, soya milk, tofu, isolated soy protein etc. It can be also incorporated into blending with other foods to add protein, hot cereals, breakfast bowls like fruits & yogurt preparations, energy bars & granola and to produce textured products.

SOY LECITHIN

Soy Lecithin is an excellent emulsifier and stabilizer derived from premium grade 100% NON-GMO soybeans. It provides satisfying emulsion solutions and stability to high-end applications like biscuits, chocolates, bakery, candies, margarine, dairy products, Icings & frostings, salad dressings, mayonnaise, etc. It is a composition of essential phospholipids and used in softgels and animal feed as a nutritional supplement.
